Fishing Trip Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip date are non-refundable.
Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy
Retail Items: May be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unused, original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt.
Boots and Waders: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if they show any signs of use.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
